To comprehensively understand and optimise the value derived from line of credit among different segments of people, their usage of line of credit with other services and to explore strategies for creating a competitive advantage in the market.
We conducted a thorough competitive analysis along with a detailed-out user survey with 3000 participants from across different cities in india and many insightful interviews that helped us recommend solutions to amplify the offerings.
Our research provided valuable insights into the differences across various demographic tiers and genders by analysing factors such as income levels, age groups, number of dependants and profession.
We gained a deeper understanding of how different segments perceive lines of credit and the specific situations in which they have utilised credit services.
Additionally, our study revealed the key factors influencing the choice of service providers, including the primary concerns and considerations of consumers.
We also identified the elements that foster trust in certain line of credit providers over others.
At the end of the research, we drafted in-depth report that throws light on the different user types, their concerns & expectations, the hassles they face in using the product and ways to increase the reach of the company.
